At The Flex Market, we curate limited, premium items with authenticity and quality as our top priority. Please review our return policy carefully before completing your purchase.


All Sales Disclaimer

Due to the nature of our business, most sales are final. Limited releases, resale items, and personal-use products are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated.


Apparel Returns

We accept returns on apparel only under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Any original packaging or tags (if included) must remain intact

Approved apparel returns are issued as store credit only.
No refunds to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Footwear, Collectibles & Limited Items

For authenticity and condition assurance:

  • All footwear, collectibles, and limited-release items are final sale

  • No returns, exchanges, or store credit on these items


Fragrances

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • All fragrance sales are final

  • Opened, used, or sampled fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Final Notes

  • Store credit does not expire

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
