At The Flex Market, we work with trusted fulfillment partners to produce and ship our apparel on demand. Please review the details below before placing your order.


Order Processing

All apparel orders are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner (Tapstitch).

  • Order processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, launches, or holidays

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped according to the method selected at checkout.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after production is complete:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production timelines.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. The Flex Market is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak shipping seasons

  • Other circumstances beyond our control


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos if applicable.

International Orders
